A contract between you and Unicornia 4 All for the sale of our products will only be formed when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation email.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices on our Website are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT. Delivery charges are additional and will be calculated at checkout.

We accept payment by major credit and debit cards. Your card will be charged at the time of order placement.

6. Delivery

We use dropshippers to fulfill orders. Delivery times and charges will vary depending on the product and the delivery address. You will be informed of the estimated delivery time and cost at checkout.

We are not responsible for any delays or delivery failures caused by circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to postal strikes, adverse weather conditions, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by you.

7. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.  

Please note that due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene reasons.
