Return Process:

  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. Do not ship the item back without an RA number.  

  3. Packaging: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

  4. Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or not as described. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item arrives at our warehouse. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. If the item is faulty, we will reimburse you the shipping costs and either send you a new item or refund you the paid amount.

  5. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund within 30 days to your original payment method.  

Damaged or Faulty Items:

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at support@unicornia.shop. Provide your order number and details about the damage or fault, including photos or videos if possible. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs for faulty items.

Exchanges:

We generally do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the unwanted item following the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds:
